Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  I hate recorded calls - why would anyone listen to my message?
A: There is no way around this question.  Many people do in fact hate to get recorded calls and emails and text messages and direct mail and live phone calls and ...you get the idea.  Our calls are received more favorably than the calls you might receive from a bank, cable company or a mortgage company.  Our calls are delivered to people that have a business purpose or relationship with the conference, trade show or event we are calling about.   A small percentage of the people that we do call - request to be added to our Do Not Call list. We maintain this list for clients, its easy for someone we dial to opt out of future calls and once added we never call that number again. So, put aside your own feelings and realize that our calls are typically welcomed, our reminders are appreciated and the information we deliver about client events is truly valuable to those that we call.

Q:  So you can deliver our message - who makes the recording?
A:  Clients can make the recording themselves from their smartphone or you can call our recording line.  If you would like someone else to record your message we can help you out with a great, strong & professional voice for a small charge.

Q:  How long does it take to deliver a message?
A:  Calls can be delivered as quickly as clients require.  We can deliver 100,000 calls in 1 hour or we can deliver your calls throughout the day.  We can accommodate any requirement you have - even if we need to dial your list over the course of a few days or at special hours.

Q:  Can I deliver my message to just live answered calls or just to answering machines?
A:   Yes, we can target just live answered calls or just answering machines.

Q:  Can I deliver my message at the end of the day so that we can purposely hit a large percentage of answering machines?
A:  Yes, this is a very popular option for business conferences that want their prospect to hear their message in its entirety as soon as they come in to the office the next day.  Sort of like a radio commercial.

Q: Can I have the caller ID read my businesses name?
A: Yes, we can use your business caller ID so that the party receiving the call will see your number and your caller ID as though you called directly from your office.  If you prefer the caller ID read something else, we can help you with this too.

Q:  Do I need to commit to a contract?
A:  Calls are project to project.  You can use Audio PostCard just when you need it.

Q:  How should I send my call list to Audio PostCard?
A:  Call lists should be emailed either in a txt. file or an excel file.  If you require assistance with your list, please call or email.

Q:  Is it legal to deliver recorded calls with Audio PostCard?
A:  Yes, it is perfectly legal to make a business to business call and there are no b2b DNC laws that need to be complied with.

Q: Why should I use Audio PostCard?
A:  Audio PostCard is the preferred vendor for many tradeshows and vendors because each campaign has one point of contact and we are on top of your project until we've completed your job.  Details are important to us, we will typically have more questions for you then you will of us.  And lastly, our technology is the best.  Delivering calls to answering machines is our specialty.  You may have received calls to your work voicemail or home answering machine that cut off the beginning of the recording, but Audio PostCard is incredibly accurate and our "answering machine detection" is the best.  We always deliver your message in totality, this is incredibly important and one of the reasons that we have such a loyal client base.  Give us a chance to show you how good we are.
