Audio PostCard was born when a client asked about calling 5,500 people that had registered to attend a tradeshow - scheduled to take place in a few days. When they discussed the cost of 5,000 calls and the amount of staff needed to make those calls, the client asked for a more affordable solution.
The call center dialer was offered as a lower cost alternative to live dialed calls and a new business was born. Audio PostCard now serves event planners, business associations and small businesses and even store owners.
Our trade show clients liked that we gave them another way to communicate with their customers so they could invite visitors back to this years show. Our Association clients liked that they had a way to put a "voice" to an invite to a conference or national meeting.
Store owners realized the value that Audio PostCard provided, by making it simple and affordable to call a few hundred or a few thousand of their customers by phone. The store owners had the phone numbers of customers in their database but almost never called their customers. That's a wasted opportunity!
